Zara Tanzania Adventures Named Most Preferred Tour Operator of the Year at the 2020 Consumer Choice Awards

 

EACH ONE, PLANT ONE: PLANT THE TREE SAVE THE EARTH On this month, as part of our Zara Charity Tanzania tradition, we planted 30 trees at Kaloleni Primary School in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. This initiative is a win-win for everyone involved.  The school now boasts a more conducive learning environment. With these new trees, students have shaded areas to study and play, making their school experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. Furthermore, cleaner air resulting from these trees benefits both the students and the local community. As the community enjoys the improved aesthetics of the school, it could potentially attract more visitors, indirectly contributing to local tourism and economic development.  Additionally, the presence of more trees supports biodiversity by providing habitats for local wildlife and promoting ecological balance. In essence, our tree planting isn't just about beautifying a school; it's about fostering a healthier and more sustainable environment for all of us in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. We're not just planting trees; we're planting the seeds of a brighter future! This event was made possible with the collaboration of Zara Tanzania Adventures, Mount Kilimanjaro Porters Society together with full support and cooperation of the Kaloleni Primary School Administration. We look forward to plant even more trees in the coming years. We will not cease to protect and save Mother Nature. Sustainable tourism is our culture.
