EACH ONE, PLANT ONE: PLANT THE TREE SAVE THE EARTH On this month, as part of our Zara Charity Tanzania tradition, we planted 30 trees at Kaloleni Primary School in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. This initiative is a win-win for everyone involved.  The school now boasts a more conducive learning environment. With these new trees, students have shaded areas to study and play, making their school experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. Furthermore, cleaner air resulting from these trees benefits both the students and the local community. As the community enjoys the improved aesthetics of the school, it could potentially attract more visitors, indirectly contributing to local tourism and economic development.  Additionally, the presence of more trees supports biodiversity by providing habitats for local wildlife and promoting ecological balance. In essence, our tree planting isn't just about beautifying a school; it's about fostering a healthier and more sustainable environmen...

These health assessments not only reflect our commitment to their physical well-being but also ensure that their health insurance coverage remains in place. This service is provided by MKPS at absolutely no cost to the porters, underscoring our mission to support them in every possible way.     Celebrating Project Uhuru's Donation of Mountain Gears A highlight of this month was the heartwarming collaboration with Project Uhuru.
